Production & process

This was a self initiated design that originally came about while I was attempting to create a realistic underwater scene. After a bit of experimenting in both Photoshop and Cinema 4D, the scene became more of an expressional abstract art piece. The fairy displays peace and serenity, while the octopus shows rage and destruction.

The explosion was rendered in Cinema 4D and the rest accomplished completely within Photoshop.
